Core Transformation
- Help Christian men (30–40) build a strong body, clear mind, and anchored faith so they can quit destructive habits, strengthen family relationships, and walk in God’s calling with discipline and freedom.
Phases & Curriculum Structure
Phase 1 – Foundation (Months 1–2)
- Goal: Establish clarity, commitment, and spiritual anchoring.

- 2. Sobriety & Accountability – Build a clean daily structure, remove triggers.
- 3. Fitness Baseline – Introduce sustainable exercise + nutrition.

- Write a personal “Why Statement” rooted in scripture.
- Identify top 3 daily temptations; set guardrails.
- Create a 3-day workout & clean eating starter plan.
Phase 2 – Discipline & Renewal (Months 3–4)
- Goal: Build new habits and strengthen body, mind, and spirit.

- 2. Faith Practices – Devotions, scripture memory, serving others.

Phase 3 – Family & Leadership (Months 5–6)

Phase 5 – Legacy & Multiplication (Months 10–12)

Our Packages
Jumpstart
Duration : 3 months
- Foundational work: Identity in Christ, kick starting sobriety, fitness baseline, building daily habits; weekly 1:1 coaching; some accountability (daily check-ins); possibly group access.
Transformation
Duration : 6 months
- All of above, plus habit mastery, leadership/family focus, more frequent check-ins, structured curriculum, relapse prevention, etc. Could include both 1:1 and group coaching, more supports. Live Support text messaging.
Legacy / Long-Term
Duration : 12 months
- The full journey: phases 1-5, lots of 1:1 intensive work, plus mission & legacy building, possibly mentoring others, ongoing accountability, maybe special retreats or bonus assets. Highest level of transformation & value. Live Support Text messaging.
